Unfortunately this is not possible in France... I've just called them and they confirmed this over the phone.
I wonder how one is supposed to separate personal vs business expenses if both are debited from the same account.
To make matters worse, they won't let you in France hold 2 identical Amex cards on 2 different bank accounts (i.e. you can not have 2 Centurion cards on 2 different accounts even if you pay the fee twice...) So basically my choice for my business account is either Platinum or Gold (and I will have to pay the fee). I wish they could issue me a second Amex Flying Blue Gold for my business expenses but they won't (no matter the fee) since I already hold one for my personal account. This is frustrating...
