Although this is a hotel type question - I'm going to move this to the TravelBuzz forum since it's not specifically related to Hotel Deals.

My suggestion would be to contact Expedia directly since they are the issuers of the voucher & the ones that made your reservation. You should be able to receive GPs if you actually stay.
