I'm not certain, but if the coupon says "Club Acela", the
only Club Acela lounges are in Boston, NY, Philadelphia and Washington. The lounge in Chicago (and a few other cities) is a
Metropolitan Lounge - thus, I don't know if you can use "Club Acela" passes at them. Normally, Metropolitan Lounges can only be used by First Class passengers and select members.
