Indeed, two of the Concierges that were at the old FS Berlin have transferred to other hotels. One, is now at the Adlon, and the other was last at the FS Canary Wharf (she remembered me from my stay at the Berlin property a year earlier)
It is rather understandable that some of the Four Seasons staff members have transfered to other hotels. I know that Four Seasons tries to rotate some of their staff around various properties. It is interesting that one left to go to the Adlon. I just came across information that the new General Manager of the Regent has been the General Manager of the following properties: Burj Al Arab, the Dorchester, and the Regent when it was in Hong Kong. At least they have an experienced GM.
Does anyone have any other experiences with these hotels? Has anyone heard anything about the service levels of the De Rome?
