Thank you doc. As I mentioned I have read every word on this subject in this Forum, and certainly those 2 threads. Neither addresses in any way as far as I can see the specific question I posted earlier today, about which hfly states: "this exact subject has already been discussed several times".

He seems to have all the answers. I guess myself, and possibly others are now waiting for him to kindly enlghten us as to WHERE it was 'discussed several times'.
