First time in my 5 years spg history receptionist told me that he need to check if my platinum card is not a fake one :-).
Welcome to Warsaw Westin, then story as usual, no upgrade. When I called concierge I got upgrade for points to junior suite in 15 sec. Then receptionist said that room which I booked is out of order and I just gave up.
Never again Westin Warsaw.
