Although, a foray over to the Euro-airline forum delivers this little gem....

Would bring me a coke, I would dirnk half the glass and still have coke in the tin, the FA would come and just take it. I asked again for one, he did it again. On the third time I asked him why he was taking it and he ignored me and walked off.

So you fly business class and ask for a coke ?

You are that kind of guy , eh ?

For your information , it's common in Spain to withdraw wine from a served cup frecuently , once gets temperature .

Ahh.... I forgot the "cultural barrier" ... . In Spain both Beer and Wine are served COLD . It's a sign of "elite treatment" to withdraw a cup of drink after a while when it's supposed it got to "room temperature" . Probably the FA didn't suppose you were drinking a coke ...and assumed you were drinking one of the EXCELENTS wines IB serve on business class.
"Cultural Differences", indeed!
