Are you sure you're looking at the right place? When I bring up "FLight Schedules" under "Planning and Reservations" on delta.com, the Equipment Type still shows "Boeing 757" vs. "Boeing 757-200". A check against the seat map for those specific flights also shows that "757" is for the 6-row F cabin while "757-200" is for the new 7-row F cabin. Also, the seat maps themselves list one as "757" and one as "757-200" as well.
Eg. JFK-SEA under Flight Schedules on October 2:
DL 1124 Boeing 757 (has 6 rows in F)
DL 1763 Boeing 757-200 (has 7 rows in F)
