Perhaps it's $69 in the off season, but for labor day they're charging $159 for a garden-view room, and well over $200 for ocean-front. At present they're completely sold out for labor day weekend, hence my suspicion that what I booked is what I'll get, especially since I won't be arriving until Saturday afternoon, after much of the holiday crowd has arrived.
