I nominate 'The Balkan Restaurant' Oxford Street (Near Taylor Square) Sydney, Australia. This family-run Restaurant has been going about 30 years!!!

Main: Fillet Steak - order a side of 'chips' - they are freshly cooked in Olive Oil and come with a 'chippies darling' from the waitress.

The Balkan is now licensed, but is still BYO- and there is a great little 'Bottle Shop' a few doors up.
