I have a colleague at work who has to fly to the Far East next month on a few months secondment. This poor person does not ever fly and has a morbid fear of flying.

Instead of drugging him up to an unconcious state (Mr T of the A-team comes to mind if anyone can remember that far back), can anyone recommend a hypnotherapist who specialises in fear of flying?

Not something that a FTer would know about firsthand I would expect but you might know someone who have had first-hand experience of this.
