Reponse from Marriott

Here is the response from Marriott. I am glad they re-invited you:

Dear Mr ,

I am responding to your email to Julie King regarding information about single or unmarried couples interested in our owner referral program of 3 free night accommodation.

Please allow me to clarify. In our terms and conditions our qualifying criteria for the owner referral program is couples which can be married or living together and over the ages of 35 with an annual combined income over US$65,000. We currently have over 300,000 members which fall mainly into that criteria and it for that reason that we invite similar people to participate in this program. However anyone is welcome to join Marriott Vacation Club International and for guests falling outside this criteria there are other options, incentives and subsidized rates available to them in but not always an offer of free accommodation in the first instance.

I hope this helps but if you would like any further information or clarification please do not hesitate to contact me.

Kind Regards,

Kim Atkins
