monodriver - Glad to see you on Flyertalk and Frontier!

Our boarding process is the typical back to front, but in some of our cities where dual door boarding is available, you can deplane and board front and back.

Seat assignments are usually given when you make a reservation, but if you don't have a seat yet, call reservations at (800) 4321-FLY or (800) 432-1359 and an agent can let you know what seats are available. Usuallly there are rows reserved for airport check-in so if you don't get what you want, you can check in online or at the airport and get a new seat assignment.

Our newer A318s and A319s have LED reading lights, which cast a softer light in a more limited area, creating less distraction for passengers around you. All of our mainline aircraft have 24 channels of DirecTV, 2 movie channels, LiveMap and WildBlue Yonder TV. LiveMap and WBY TV are free, TV $5, and movies $8 per segment. Your seat will also have adjustable headrests which wrap around your head. 3 lavatories on board all of our Airbuses mean a better passenger/lavatory ratio than many airlines (including Southwest!).

Hope you enjoy your flight with us!
