IME, IAD is getting better at paying attention to the tags, so that's one of the sole plusses. The good thing about having an RCC membership is that you can stop off and have a coffee for a few minutes, catch the moon buggy, and walk down that long, dim, and twisting corridor to baggage claim and only have to wait 20 more minutes.
OTOH, COS completely ignored the tag on Sunday. My bag was one of the last out.
