The grand flora is a strange marriott for several reasons.

There is no option for 500 points as your plat arrival gift.

They don't accept Bonus Bucks, Extra Euros or Premium Pounds on any rate.

You cannot use stay anytime awards, even if rooms are available. They have limited award availability.

You almost always have to get your points by sending in your portfolio after the stay.

Breakfast is extended to Plat members.

Internet access is complementary, but you have to get a passcode from the front desk. There are also two computers that you can use.
