Technically....no.

Once the DL# is replaced by the AS#....any upgrades are supposed to be forfitted.

For you to receive Medallion benefits, you must credit the flight(s) to your Delta account.

Meaning I want my outbound (SJC-SLC-SEA) with my DL number so I can get upgrade/priority boarding/etc... my return flight is SEA-SJC on AS and I have Gold on AS so I want to use my AS number to get benefits like upgrade, etc... on that segment.
AFAIK, you can only receive elite benefits from the carrier that issues the ticket.

If your itinerary involves 2 separate tickets in which DL issued the outbound and AS issued the return......then you're fine.

However, if one carrier issued the ticket for both the outbound and the return flights.....then you won't likely be able to claim any elite benefits for the other carrier's flights.
