Vueling is a majority Spanish owned, with nearly half British ownership and the CEO of JetBlue (a successful American LCC) on their board. It was founded by a group of JetBlue executives. So while the employees are Spanish, the corporate culture and management team are undoubtedly more diverse. It's important to remember that they are an LCC with a handful of routes and flights each day compared to IB and JK.
