I had a apparent TSA lock cut off and it turned out that the locks, supplied by Travelpro, on their new suitcases have a Yellow T.S. and what looks like an A, but is really their logo, an Eiffel Tower, with a cross bar to look like an A.

A TSA inspector pointed it out to me.

Retail sales people in the department store thought they were TSA locks, but were wrong.

The store sent me new locks but the manufacturer has refused to answer mail, e-mail, and phone calls on the subject.
