Photojojo, thanks for the report!

We've only got a (fingers crossed) short trip with LOT coming up - LHR-WAW.

As no hand luggage of any kind is allowed onboard according to the LOT website and luggage can go missing for days ( to be fair - BAA have been contributing their share to this problem recently) I'll need to remember to put labels EVERYWHERE.

Sorry to hear about your trip back, sounds pretty grim. At least the FAs were pleasant and you didn't have to fight to get accomodation etc...

That's worth a lot in my book (excuse the pun).
