365 days before 10/26/02 is 10/26/01.

Add five days to get to the end of the month, which is 10/31/01, and 360 days out.

330 days out would be 30 days beyond that, or 11/30/01.

So there's your rule: go back exactly a year (using 366 if the period contains a 2/29), then add days to get to the last day of the month, then add days to the start of the next month get to 330.
