I've done it for a few times last year (business and leisure) and it's great. No jetlag...beautiful Cape Town and surroundings...great food at Beluga in Cape Town (near V&A) or at Blues in Camps Bay. Try the Bay hotel in Camps Bay or Cape Grace at V&A...You'll have a great time. ^
