Maybe I'm out of it, but I think (that being the key word) I go to one of the best hairdressers in the city in a great location and I don't pay anything NEAR that even with highlighting added to the haircut and style. It's not Bumble & Bumble but a privately owned salon on the upper east side. I just can't imagine spending that kind of money....but then I guess I'm just out of it.

I tip the the woman who washes my hair and my colorist who also does the haircut and style. I tip 20%.
