I am sure that there is something that I do not understand and I would be grateful if you could help me understand why the Federal Govenment would be willing to re-imburse $369 for a federal employee to stay at the Park Hyatt. Even the private sector would baulk at this.

For some reason I thought that Government rates were circa $65-95
