Low hotel occupancy - why put me next to someone
I am currently listening to the people next to me have a long drawn out conversation about nothing in the room next to me. The hotel I'm in has 40% occupancy (so, I was told) last night. I have a nice view, but honestly, I would have given it up to now not to listen to Ma and Pa Kettle discuss their day at 7:30 in the morning.
I'm a good customer of the chain (Diamond with Hyatt), should I tell the front desk to not put me in an adjoining room next time? I stay here about three times a year (HR Chicago).

edited to add not.
