I thought it was SQ as well, especially since SAS doesn't even fly to Singapore anymore...

I think it should be fine, just go to a *G counter at HAJ at ask very nicely.
90 mins should be OK, but if they refuse to through-check your luggage you may cut it short at LHR since you would need to get landside from T1 to T3 with your luggage.
