Hello,
I'm new to this forum (or any other for that mather). klm is my carrier and although there is a strong bondage this company drives me up the tree. From one of the best companies it has decreased to pretty mediocre carrier, in my opinion. Is this opinion shared by other members of this bulletin board? And what can you do to get the attention one should expect as a ff? I thought that maybe collecting other ff opinions combined would make a stronger point at this arrogant airlines customer relations desk.
I don't want to bang my fist first on the counter to be noticed!
