Does anyone know whether or not I can bring a frozen blue-ice ice pack in a cooler on the plane? I'm guessing a bag of regular ice wouldn't be allowed, as it could melt and turn into water. I know you used to be able to bring a small amount of dry ice, but don't know what the current rules are. Does anyone have any recent first-hand experience? Thanks.
