High Anxiety

Usually Ryan flights are on time and as stated the planes are fairly new. The challenge with being on time is that the staff is penalized financial for lateness. As a result they are generally unwilling to be flexible in any way.

In March I flew from London to Krakow. Arrived in time to be second in line, yet when I approached the desk the agent was already yelling telling me to hurry. When my bag was 4K overweight he blew a gasget. When I said that they're was really no reason to be so agitated and rude, he informed me that thye had 20 minutes to turn the plane around and that ws his reason for acting like he was.

Having said the above I would fly them for rather short hops.
