Unfortunately I am neither GM nor PM. But nevertheless my thoughts were that they should be happy to move me to an earlier flight in order to maintain their flexibility on the later flight, on which I ended up with a godawful center seat. (I declined to pay the $25 and spent some extra time in the Crown Room.)
