The lounge I used on an Air Europa flight in Madrid was owned and operated by the airport itself.

THIS IS ONE OF THE BEST FIVE LOUNGES ON THE PLANET.

They have full size sandwiches, a lot to eat and drink, a big zen room with daybeds and personal reading lights, etc.

This lounge is so good that I would even almost consider flying air europa again just to go through it.
