Award Routing to Australia and NZ via Singapore Questions

My wife and I would like to fly on a reward ticket as follows:

Fredericton - Vancouver (AC - J) - Singapore (SQ - F) - Brisbane (SQ - F)
Stay in Brisbane for two weeks.

Brisbane - Auckland (ANZ - J) Stopover in Auckland for three weeks.

Auckland - LAX (ANZ - F) - Fredericton (AC - J)

My questions are:

* Is this routing allowed using three * Alliance members AND are we allowed to return this way or must we return from Auckland the same way?

* We can do it the other way as well - is there an advantage one way or another?

* As Brisbane is my final destination, is a stopover in Auckland allowed on the way back or there?

* Would it cost 140,000 Aeroplan Points or?

* Will the Aerplan booking engine be able to book this itinery or would I be better off calling into Aeroplan and pay the booking fee?

* We are flexible to travel between late August and Xmas 2007. Can we book 50 weeks ahead of our last return leg which I assume would be YYZ - YFC?

* We flew ATW on our honeymoon primarily on SQ in F hence the reason we like to fly SQ again.

* Is there any advice you can offer us?

Thank you in advance!!!
