$2500 buys us a fancy metal card that gets stuck in machines

Yes, Centurion concierge will do errands and find specific things- but from what I hear- with mixed results. Every request I have made for finding items or doing something for me have been fulfilled, so I am very satisfied. But it is not unheard of for a concierge to forget to call a customer back (as stated by one of the above posts).
