What a comedown from VS UC to Ryanair!
Queues at Stansted are a lot longer, it can get VERY crowded, but for the price you pay it's what you endure.
And no other options direct from London that I can see online.. another poster may be able to suggest something.
The
Stansted Express is probably the best way from Central london, either direct from Liverpool Street its London Terminus, or getting the Victoria Line from stations such as Victoria, Oxford Circus, Euston and Kings Cross to connect with the Express at its one stop at Tottenham Hale.
