Hmmm, I haven't found anything actually broken at LHR or LGW, though I have found escalators and walkways under repair. And the repair guys were having tea, but that's just England, no?

Also, and I may be mistaken, but I thought that the shops in the airport were actually run by BAA under license from M&S, etc, etc? At least all the employees seemed to have the BAA name badges, the registers were all the same, etc. In some shops (Churches, Bally) the employees were clearly Organization people, but still with BAA badges.

Does anyone know how that all works?
