Well right now it looks like Virgin is the best "value for money"

are the Virgin GBP24.99 Nokia with GBP15 starter credit available at the Virgin store ?
or is it a website thing only ?

as far as the phone , yes if you unlock it , then you can use it in other countries in Europe with a sim from that country, its GSM ,

thats our plan , use it in the UK this September and get a German Sim when we visit Germany next year.
