While the Internet might be better at the AC, it is the only major thing. IMHO, the Terraces is far superior for the following reasons:
1) FOOD!
2) self-service bar (no need to tip a bartender, even for non-alcoholic)
3) amazing view of tarmac, taxiways, and runways
4) overall much brighter, more natural light, cheerier
5) lounge chairs, etc. more like a tropical club
6) real towels in the bathrooms
