Unless your company allows you to make your own reservations, I don't see a way around it.

In theory, you could request a copy of the folio which will show your name on it, and fax it to Marriott Rewards asking for the missing nights and points to be applied to your account. However, since the hotel account is covered
directly by your employer, that may not work.
