I flew IB intra-Europe biz class this past summer a few times. Both times were on A320s, IIRC, and they were quite nice aircraft. Biz was the standard European 2-3 seating, with the moveable wall between Business and Coach.

Service was good, flight attendants very nice. On one flight, imagine my surprise when I ordered a gin & tonic and the FA delivered a glass of ice, a can of tonic, and a pint of gin! (And no, I didn't finish it...) However, I will say that the food was some of the worst airplane food I've ever had - I didn't finish either meal.

Another note for gadget-laden travelers like myself: IB allows no electronics to be used in flight, ever, so no CD or DVD players, GameBoys, etc.
