Angry What the heck is up with Centurion service??
It's getting worse.

I just sat on hold for over 10 minutes before I gave up.

I then went on to the website to check an amenity and got an "Internal Server Error"

Yesterday at a FHR we were told that the special amenity came with Plat not Cent (???) and when I called Cent they were pretty blase.

I'm pretty frustrated. The Starwood Plat was the main bene.
