One of my fave new sites (I'm fickle - they rotate frequently) Find The Boots had this Blue Ant Bluetooth thing featured. I bought it b/c it has hundreds of hours standby and charges quickly.

I'll post when it shows up on my doorstep. I have never heard of these guys but the amazon post looked good. And it was only $100 so I can expense it.
