There was an earlier discussion on this board within the past week (search isn't working for me, so can't find it) that discussed differences between HP and US. One thing was about HPs announcement that the flight deck was at the front of the plane. If I recall correctly from a posting, the reason for the HP announcement was that TSA required that all passengers be informed where the flight deck was located and it was cheaper to make an announcement than to add signs to all flight deck doors, which is what US did. Search for the discussion about other issues -- such as HP culture to wear name tags and introduce themselves and US culture to remain anonymous. Quite interesting.
