It all depends on how many miles you want to burn? And do you want saver or standard awards?

Mexico seems wide open for saver availablility in Nov.;
Carribean can be hit or miss, just keep checking.
OGG has decent availability

FWIW, I still believe OGG/KOA/HNL savers are the biggest bargain of saver awards.
