I figure some flights will be cancelled out of the main hubs.
Return flights will not be cancelled but delayed (don't want a few FAs stuck out there for to long).
International fligths the same. Returning FAs depend on those flights. Can't imagine that NW would be happy to put up FAs in hotels for long because of strike actions!
