Maybe they should create a new boarding process... and board in groups... Group A: Preboarding Customers
Group B: trueBlue members that fly alot and know where their seat is at and know how overhead bins work (Maybe as soon as you earn your first free flight you get toss into this group)
Group C: Everyone else
hehe... why?... obviously preboard have to board first... but I'm assuming most of us loyal jetBlue customers know exactly where our seats are and will go straight to it and not have to be held back by Mr I sit in row 23 but have no idea where row 23 is and start looking at every seat number starting with row 1.... and avoid Ms I have to put this giant roll away under the seat infront of me when it should be in the overhead bin (while she stands clueless in the alse blocking everyone else)... and avoid those that try to fit a bag in the overhead bin that should of been checked but somehow made its way on the plane. I know I'm blowing everything out of porportion... but you know it happens.
