Here are 5 words for you...."business travelers aren't coming back". My company has put a strong reco to not fly NW. Without high fare passengers, this company is done. Business travelers have had it with NW and their attitude and service levels which are the worst in the industry. My guess is creditors have had it with the whole situation too. Time will tell.
