I've heard a lot of you have been able to pull this off, but how do you actually book it? And what do you tell them?

Many thanks in advance!! ^
I have never come across this restriction when booking I class fares to LHR on CX from BKK. I typically pay c. $2250 plus tax, I normally find that it comes in at arounf £1400. If you spotting beter fares than this as a Thai resident, please let me know, I will then get my other half to do our bookings in future
