Damaged lost luggage
AC lost 3 pieces of luggage and a golf bag on Wednesday. Today I received the golf bag but it was damaged. Since it was shipped via FedEx do I need to take this matter up with AC or FedEx? Unfortunately I don't have any status this year and I didn't use a creditcard that has lost luggage insurance (MBNA SPG plat). I guess I should have refused to sign for the package but I had it shipped to work and someone else signed for the bag on my behalf.
