According to the TSA website "Personal lubricants - Up to 4 oz." are permitted in carryons. I would say that eye cream is a "Personal lubricant" but I wouldn't necessarily assume every TSA screener would agree, even if he/she had bothered to consult the actual rules.

You could print out the TSA webpage Bwaahahahaha, did I really say that ?

And no comments about other "Personal Lubricants", thank you.
