I found both tickets and entered the ticket numbers into the refund website. I did not see any "/" so I guess there is no ticket designator. I assume the fare basis is in the column "Code"? One code states VREMI and the other states OE14Q3N. Does that help? If you know what those codes mean, please share with me.
The boarding passes from online check-in showed Class X (upgraded to 1st) on 2, one says V, and the last shows O.
