What is wiki?

Thanks
funtotravel and AA-Platinum, thanks. The boarding passes will have the class of service, and, assuming that you were on an e-ticket, they will also have the ticket number, a 13-digit number starting with 001. You can enter that number at www.refunds.aa.com (as if you were starting a refund transaction), and at the following screen it will show the ticket details, including the fare basis. If there's a ticket designator, it will be part of the fare basis and will be the letters after a "/".

The FlyerTalk AA Wiki is an increasingly useful resource (it's being built) on all that's undocumented or poorely documented at AA.com -- and it's at http://www.flyertalk.com/wiki/index....rican_Airlines . Take a look, and submit your knowledge!
